6.3 WealthyOnix Content: The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WealthyOnix and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

WealthyOnix integrates with third-party services (e.g., social media platforms). Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and conditions of those third-party services. We are not responsible for:

• The availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services
• Changes to third-party APIs or services that affect functionality
• Any loss or damage resulting from your use of third-party services

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WealthyOnix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
